We record the time between a redemption being approved by the casino and the prize arriving in the player’s bank account or chosen payment method. Identity verification is not included, because it happens once and only before the first redemption; a player who uploads documents at sign-up will never experience that delay again.

Reports come from players who send us a dated screenshot of the approval and a dated confirmation of arrival. We average the previous month and round to the nearest hour below a day and to the nearest half day above it. A casino that slows down moves down this page the following month.

Three things shorten the wait at any casino on the list: verify your identity before your first request, redeem to a bank account rather than a card where the choice exists, and avoid requesting on a Friday evening when review teams are thin.
