Who controls your data. OMD AS, a company registered in Norway, is the data controller for this site. The registered and contact addresses are in the footer of every page and on the contact page.

What we collect. Two things. Aggregate analytics about how pages are used: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. And whatever you choose to send us by email, including redemption reports.

What we never collect. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, account passwords or casino logins, and we have no reason to. Nobody from this site will ever ask you for them; a message that does is not from us.

Why we hold it. Analytics tells us which pages are read and which are ignored, which decides what we update. Emails are kept so we can reply and, where you sent a correction or a redemption report, so we can act on it.

Redemption reports. If you send us screenshots, we use only the timestamps. You can black out names, amounts and account numbers before sending and we would prefer that you did. Reports are deleted once the monthly figure has been calculated.

Who else sees it. Our hosting provider and our analytics provider, acting as processors. We do not sell personal information and never have, and we do not pass messages to casinos.

Links to casinos. Following a link to a casino puts you under that casino’s privacy notice, not ours. We add no tracking code; a casino may see in its own logs that you arrived from this site, as with any link on the web.

How long we keep it. Aggregate analytics for twenty-six months. Email correspondence for twenty-four months after the exchange ends, unless it recorded a correction, in which case we keep the correction and discard the message.

Your rights. Depending on where you live you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children. This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
